  • A reverse shipment fee upto Rs 100 can be charged for excessive returns, which will be deducted from the refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders/services may be cancelled before processing or service initiation.
  • Once processing has begun or service has been delivered, cancellation may not be permitted.
